Cartwheel over the Sectional Balance Beam

Purpose: This drill helps young athletes stretch out their cartwheel. Place the Sectional Balance Beam and have the athlete reach out and put their hands on the balance beam, then land on the other side. This will create a longer more effective cartwheel. It is also great for hand placement and straight, "over the top" cartwheels.
