Purpose: To train the round off back handspring on soft surfaces with the added bounce of the bungee matting systems. By increasing the height for the hands on the back handspring, you will encourage the gymnast to keep her shoulders open and use her legs to get the spring needed to effectively perform the skill.
Setup: Using a small Bungee Ramp connected to a Bungee Block connected to a large Bungee Mat. Place a Micro Ramp on the large Bungee Mat and top with 2 small Teddy Bear Mats.
