Flyspring to a Dive Roll using Bungee Block, Sweet Spot, Jr. Sweet Spot, and the Air Barrel (in development)

Purpose: Using the Sweet Spot for the take off, the Bungee Block to encourage length of the flyspring, and the Jr. Sweet Spot for hand placement and increased rebound, you can help to teach the connection of skills by adding a dive roll over an object. Using the Air Barrel you encourage the athlete to keep their chest up and reach away from their feet for the dive roll. You can easily advance this by having them replace the dive roll with a front salto.

Set up: This set up starts with a 3 M Air Floor with a Sweet Spot in front on the floor for a take off surface. On the Air Floor place a Bungee Block length wise with the Jr. Sweet Spot on top for hand placement. Then set up an 8" mushy mat with the Air Barrel (in development) on the edge to create an obstacle to encourage the height needed.
