Round Off Whip Back over Bungee Block

Purpose: This whip back drill creates punch and gives the gymnast visual cues for height and hand placement as well as a landing site.

Set up: Bungee Ramp connected to a /Bungee Block connected to a Bungee Mat. On the Bungee Block place a Teddy Bear Mat for hand placement in the Round off. On the Bungee Mat Place a Sweet Spot topped with a Teddy Bear Mat. You could also accomplish this drill by placing the Teddy Bear Mats and Sweet Spot on A TumblTrak.
