Handspring Vault using the Air Trak

Purpose: Using the Air Trak sideways for vaulting encourages the athlete to stretch out their handsprings and block off to create distance. The white line down the middle of the Air Trak is a perfect target for hand placement.

Set up: Air Trak with a mushy mat placed behind for landing.
