Yurchenko drill using the Bungee Incline and Sweet Spot

Purpose: The Yurchenko entry is one of the most tricky vault entries. Using the Bungee Incline will allow a gymnast to practice without the aid of a spot. In this drill we are using the Jr. Sweet Spot as a hand placement mat and the Bungee Incline as the vault table. Both of these products will lessen the impact on the wrists of this gymnast allowing for multiple repetitions.
