Handstand training with the Bungee Ramp and Bungee Block

Purpose: To encourage the gymnast to get to handstand on the bar. It can also be use to start pirouettes on the bar. By using the bouncy surface you increase the confidence to attain the handstand position.

Set up: Bungee Block with a Bungee Ramp on top placed beneath the low bar.
