Blind Change Drill with the Bungee Block Wall

Purpose: Starting early with Blind changes is so important in the training process. By using the Bungee Block as a wall and the floor bar you are creating a safe, soft, confidence building station. Wrist development starts at the earliest stages of gymnastics and stations like this encourage proper development.

Set up: Floor Bar, Mushy Mat and a Bungee Block placed up against the wall.
