Purpose: This drill allows the athlete to feel the motion of a back extension roll. It can be used to teach the back extension for level 5 floor or start the feeling of the clear hip for level 6 bars.
Set up: Using the Bungee Ramp (in development) a floor bar and an octagonal tumbler.
