Bounce Handstand with the Air Barrel, Floor Bar and Bungee Incline

Purpose: This drill promotes good shoulder angles, pushing down on the bar, good body shape and shifting. This can be used for such things as the cast handstand, giants, and clear hip.

Set up: Floor Bar secured to carpet foam with Velcro, the Air Barrel and the Bungee Incline
