Bouncy Butt Drill using the Air Barrel

Purpose: This drill is help with the kipping action. It teaches the athletes to pull to the bars with straight arms.

Set up: Place the Air Barrel near the Jr. Kip Bar for the athlete to be able to pull to the bar.
