Beginning Kip Drill using the Jr. Kip Bar and the Bungee Incline

Purpose: This drill will increase core muscle strength required for the kip. It will also teach the "toes to the bar" motion required for the kip when extended in the glide position.

Set up: A Jr. Kip Bar with the Bungee Incling placed with the high end toward the Jr. Kip Bar.
