Boys using the Open Shoulder Trainer for Tap Swings

Purpose: It is so important to keep your shoulders open while swinging bars. The beginner wants to pull in at the top of the tap swing losing all the energy created from the tap, the OST won't allow for that and allows the gymnast to feel the energy created.
