Purpose: This video walks through the strength progressions needed to develop a pull-up pull-over. Starting with just bringing the knees to the bar, then straight legs, using a wall (created out of our 488 mat and air barrel) to run up and eventually completing the skill create success for everyone. These are simple ways to increase strength and confidence in any child.
