Purpose: This drill helps beginners get around the bar. Start with the gymnast in a front support and have her reach forward and "fall" then as she is under the bar have her grab the back of her legs and come around the bar pushing back up to the front support position.
Set up: Jr. Kip Bar with a tumbling Mat under the Jr. Kip Bar.
