Early Front Hip Circle drill

Purpose: To develop the front hip circle without spotting. Use a pad between the hands so the students can balance on their hips with arms up and fall forward, and then grab their knees. If they fall first, they will be able to go all the way around the bar. Next step would be to finish with hands on the bar, and then start and finish with hands on the bar.
