Built for Clubs
The following general guidelines will help you choose the best base:
*Standard Base- for athletes weighing between 50-70 lbs. for BASIC skills
*Standard Base with Stabilizers- for athletes weighing between 50-70 lbs. for ADVANCED skills.
*Standard Base with Stabilizers and plywood (purchased from a local home improvement store)- for athletes weighing up to 125 lbs.
Perfect for Home
Jr. Kip Bar Stabilizers add additional length to the base of a Jr Kip Bar, increasing the bars stability for older athletes or more aggressive swinging skills. Like the Jr Kip Bar cross bars, the Stabilizers lie flat allowing for any standard 4' wide and 8' long mat to cover the entire base. Purchase the stabilizers at the same time as your Jr. Kip Bar, or later when your child has either grown and the bar needs the extra support, or when your athlete is training more intermediate level bar skills.

They are added after your athlete is 70#. Then it can be used up to 125#
