Adding Resistance to Needle Kicks

Purpose: Needle kicks are a staple in many warm-up routines. This dynamic drill is great for split flexibility and helps remind athletes of the quick lever action needed for many skills. Add a theraband to provide a bit of resistance to work on a stronger lever down.

Set Up: TheraBand CLX
