Blind Change Body Shaping Drill

Purpose: When beginning shaping for a blind change, it is important to emphasize a neutral head, tight core and flat body. Using a pair of half rounds and a floor bar velcroed to the wall, you can create a great drill to help athletes practice good shaping habits early on.

Set up: Floor Bar, Half Rounds
