Leg Lifts for Beginners

Purpose: Leg lifts are a conditioning movement which strengthens the core and upper legs. Doing hanging leg lifts are difficult and can often cause breaking form. To help beginners practice form and controlled movements have the athlete start on the ground or in this case an incline along with a floor bar before moving up to a hanging leg lift.
