Purpose: Proper back tuck shaping is important for beginners to learn early on. Slowing down the roll allows the athletes to focus on maintaining a good shape throughout. The softer shape and bounce of the Air Barrel makes a great obstacle for athletes to work rolling over. Add Booster Blocks under the Air Barrel for taller athletes and a Pit Pillow for a softer landing.
