Purpose: A back extension roll is a progression for many bar skills that require passing through a full handstand and shifting the wrist. Using the Forster Bar and a Folding Incline, the athlete can practice an exaggerated wrist shift and learn how to open and extend the body to a tall flat handstand. This will help in skills such as a giant and clear hip.
Set up: Booster Blocks, Forster Bar, Large Folding Incline
