Shoulder Shifting for Pirouettes

Purpose: Maintaining a tight, straight, and flat body is necessary when shifting the weight from one side to the other in a pirouette. To work on shifting the weight directly over the shoulder, use Fun sticks velcroed against the wall as a barrier for the athlete to feel the full body shift.
