Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Tumbl Trak!
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase(s). However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), you may Return or Exchange your unused product within 30 days of the shipping date. For a full refund of the product total, the item must be returned in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Tumbl Trak reserves the right to charge a 15% Restocking Fee if these conditions are not met. Refunds will not be given on orders older than 30 days. However, in certain extenuating circumstances and at its discretion, Tumbl Trak may offer to issue a store credit for returns older than 30 days. We do offer an extended return window during the holiday season. Any item ordered between November 1st through December 31st will be able to return their item by January 31st.
You may initiate your Return or Exchange by e-mailing us at email@example.com or call customer service at 1-800-331-4362. To expedite the process, please have your Invoice/Sales Order number ready for the item(s) you would like to Return or Exchange. Once you initiate the returns process by calling or emailing our team, you will receive an email with an RGA Form attached.
Any & all product(s) that are Returned or Exchanged must include a copy of your RGA form. Without the RGA form, the processing of your Return or Exchange may be delayed. Returns & Exchanges may take up to 2-3 business days to process after the returned item has been received. If the returned item is not received within 30 days, the RGA will be automatically closed.
Requests for returns must be received within 30 days of the order shipping date. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Fill out the 'Return an Item' form on our Contact Us page.
Requests for Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order shipping date. Tumbl Trak must receive the original item back before a replacement can be shipped unless a credit card authorization form is on file. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item as well as the shipping of the replacement new item. Contact customer service if you have questions or require additional assistance. Tumbl Trak cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock in a different size/color. If this happens, you will receive in-store credit or we can suggest another item(s) of equal or less value.
Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn/used condition or that has not returned in its original packaging, will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
Once your request has been approved, an RGA Form will be e-mailed to you. Unless you’ve been given other instructions, all Approved Returns & Exchanges must be sent to the address below.

All refunds will be processed using the payment method of the original purchase within 5 business days.
