How to Order
Orders may be placed by website, phone or fax. All quotes and payments are in US Dollars.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal are accepted means of payment on the Tumbl Trak website. Credit Cards provided during the checkout process for orders placed on the website will be charged on the day each item is shipped. If your order ships in multiple shipments, the credit card will be charged for only items that ship that day. Any discounts available will be applied to the specific items at the time of order. For security reasons, the website is unable to accept prepaid credit cards or gift cards as means of payment. If you wish to use this type of payment, please call 1-800-331-4362 to place your order.
NOTE: Due to the quick ship times needed to meet customer expectations, we may only be able to make changes to orders up to 1 hour after the order has been received during normal business hours. If you place an order at night, over the weekend or holiday and have a change to the order, please email details regarding the change to email@example.com. All requests received by the morning of the following business day will be handled accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

Checks and Money Orders are acceptable means of payment, however orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared. (There is a $20 returned check fee.)
International Orders can be paid with above listed credit cards or by wire transfer. Please contact a sales representative for complete details. All payments are in US Dollars.
Tumbl Trak is able to accommodate some level of customization to orders. All custom orders must be confirmed with a sales representative and cannot be ordered online. Lead times will range from 8-16 weeks and will vary depending on the time of the year, so confirm with your sales rep at time of order. There is no upcharge for standard items ordered with colors from our in-stock pallette. See your sales rep for available color options. All non-standard sizes and logo requests will have additional charges that will need to be quoted. A custom order sign-off may be required. There are some items, for example many of our sealed air products, that cannot be customized.
Yes! Tumbl Trak does accept Purchase Orders from schools/government agencies. If you have not already received a quote, please provide us your Bill to Address, Ship to Address, and phone number. For the quote, be sure to list your desired products with quantities, sizes and color choices.
Tax Exempt Orders
If you send us your State Sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable), we can remove sales tax from your order. You can also order online and email us your State Sales tax exemption certificate and we can remove the tax from the online order. Send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
Other payment options
Tumbl Trak strives to offer a variety of payment options that work best for its customers. Please note that options cannot be combined and discounts are not available with multiple installments. All international orders must be prepaid in full before shipment of order.
- 6 month, 0% interest is available through PayPal. You must have a PayPal Account and enroll in PayPal Credit.
- Leasing: Third party leasing options are available for extended periods of time. Contact your sales rep for more details. Leasing plans are also available from Full Circle Finance.
Note: Any check over $10,000 will incur a 5 business day holding period before the order is shipped.
