Warranty

All warranty time periods are stated on each individual product page.

Seller warrants all standard products to be free of defects in material and workmanship the period of time stated on the product page listed on this website from the date of the seller's invoice.

Product warranty does not apply to second-hand units (where ownership has changed) even if the original purchase is still in the warranty period.

Exceptions: Any special order equipment, demo/used equipment, and blowers only carry a 1-year warranty.

The warranty for the polypropylene beds and vinyl pads on Tumbl Traks, Porta Traks, and Mini Traks is void if the equipment is used outside. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER.

Seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its option and expense, defective part or parts.

Buyer must receive seller's approval to return part or parts for inspection.

Shipping expenses on defective part or parts will be borne by the buyer.

Seller is not responsible to buyer for any indirect, consequential, special or other like damages.

In no event shall seller's liability to buyer exceed the purchase price charged by seller to buyer for the goods which are the subject of any dispute between seller and buyer.
