Tumbl Trak Warranty Information
At Tumbl Trak, we proudly stand behind the quality of our branded products and remain deeply committed to customer satisfaction. Every Tumbl Trak item is developed in-house by our R&D team in close collaboration with athletes, coaches, therapists, and industry professionals. Each design goes through a rigorous process of prototyping, testing, and refining—often taking months or even years—before it's ready for use in gyms, homes, and therapy settings.
We use carefully selected materials that meet our high standards for durability and performance, while also keeping our pricing fair and accessible. It’s a balance we work hard to maintain to support the families, gyms, schools, and centers that rely on our equipment every day.
For items offered through third-party vendors on our site, rest assured—they’ve been vetted to meet Tumbl Trak’s quality expectations. While they aren’t developed in-house, we only choose partners whose products align with our standards of safety, function, and value.
Warranty periods are listed on individual product pages, so you can shop with confidence, knowing we’re here to support you well beyond the purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my product is still under warranty?
The warranty period for each product is listed on its individual product page. You can also check the date on your invoice—warranty coverage begins on the date of shipment.
What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, outdoor exposure, unauthorized modifications, or general wear and tear.
How do I determine if an issue is covered under warranty or is due to misuse?
Determining whether an issue falls under warranty coverage or is the result of misuse depends on several factors. Tumbl Trak’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period. Misuse typically involves use outside of the product's intended purpose, modifications, improper storage, or lack of proper maintenance.
Is warranty coverage transferable if I buy a used Tumbl Trak product?
No. Warranty coverage is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to second-hand owners.
Can I return a part without prior approval?
No. You must first contact our Customer Care team and receive approval before sending any parts back for inspection. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed. To begin the warranty process, please complete the Contact Us form, selecting “Warranty Claim” in the drop down box attaching clear photos and a brief explanation of the issue.
Who pays for shipping if a part needs to be returned?
Tumbl Trak will cover shipping expenses related to returning the defective part(s) to Tumbl Trak for warranty inspection.
Can I use my Tumbl Trak equipment outside?
While it may be tempting to take your Tumbl Trak equipment outside for a sunny day of play or training, we do not recommend using it outdoors. Doing so will void the product warranty. For the best performance and longest life of your Tumbl Trak gear, indoor use is the way to go!
Most Tumbl Trak equipment is designed for indoor use, and many of the materials used—such as fabrics, foams, and steel components—are not weather-resistant. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, or temperature extremes can cause materials to degrade more quickly, including fading, rusting, warping, and reduced foam integrity. These conditions can impact both safety and product longevity.
How long is the warranty on the Boundex?
The Boundex carries a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on the Lycra material.
