How to Order
Orders may be placed by website, phone or fax. All quotes and payments are in US Dollars. You may also request a written quote from one of our knowledgeable sales reps by completing the 'Request a Quote' on our Contact Us page.
Website Orders
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted means of payment on the Tumbl Trak website. Credit cards provided during the checkout process for orders placed on the website will be charged on the day each item is shipped. If your order ships in multiple shipments, the credit card will be charged only for the items that ship that day. Any discounts available will be applied to the specific items at the time of order. For security reasons, the website is unable to accept prepaid credit cards or gift cards as means of payment. If you wish to use this type of payment, please call 1-800-331-4362 to place your order.
NOTE: Due to the quick ship times needed to meet customer expectations, we may only be able to make changes to orders up to 1 hour after the order has been received during normal business hours. If you place an order at night, over the weekend or holiday and have a change to the order, please email details regarding the change to [email protected]. All requests received by the morning of the following business day will be handled accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
Phone Orders
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, GooglePay, ApplePay, PayPal and American Express are accepted means of payment.
Checks and Money Orders are acceptable means of payment, however orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared. (There is a $20 returned check fee.)
International Orders can be paid with above listed credit cards or by wire transfer. Please contact a sales representative for complete details. All payments are in US Dollars.
Special vs Custom Orders
Tumbl Trak offers two types of non-standard orders: Special Orders and Custom Orders. While both options allow you to personalize your purchase, there are important differences:
- Special Orders: A standard Tumbl Trak product available in an alternate color outside of our in-stock palette. These orders carry longer lead times, typically 8-12 weeks, and can be canceled or returned, but will incur a 15% cancellation or restocking fee.
- Custom Orders: A product with specific modifications such as non-standard dimensions, added features (e.g. handles), or logo applications. These orders also carry longer lead times, typically 12-16 wees, but cannot be canceled or returned. A sign-off/approval form is also required.
Purchase Orders
Yes! Tumbl Trak does accept Purchase Orders from schools/government agencies. If you have not already received a quote, please provide us your Bill to Address, Ship to Address, and phone number. For the quote, be sure to list your desired products with quantities, sizes and color choices.
Tax Exempt Orders
If you send us your State Sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable), we can remove sales tax from your order. You can also order online and email us your State Sales tax exemption certificate and we can remove the tax from the online order. Fill out 'Tax Exempt' form on our Contact Us page.
Other payment options
Tumbl Trak strives to offer a variety of payment options that work best for its customers. Please note that options cannot be combined and discounts are not available with multiple installments. All international orders must be prepaid in full before shipment of order.
Leasing: Third party leasing options are available for extended periods of time. Fill out our pre-lease form so we can get started on a quote for your equipment needs.
Note: Any check over $10,000 will incur a 5 business day holding period before the order is shipped.
