Be aware that many competitors use a much less durable vinyl. Tumbl Trak's Air Floor is made of an eco-friendly vinyl with a reinforced woven base fabric to offer the maximum protection from tearing, wearing and peeling. Our vinyl is lighter weight, more durable and does not have harsh or damaging chemicals. Endorsed by Olympic athletes and other trusted coaches as well as reported on by scientist Bill Sands as a more positive rebound surface than a traditional spring or rod floor

  • Three different lengths:
    • 3-meters (approximately 10-feet long)
    • 4.5-meters (approximately 15-feet long)
    • 6-meters (approximately 20-feet long)
  • Easily connect multiple Air Floors end-to-end with Velcro flaps.
  • Not intended for use alone on hard surfaces. The Air Floor is recommended to be used on top of a spring floor, tumbling strip, carpet foam or panel mats, the Air Floor offers a bouncier rebound than a rod floor.
  • Approximately 5ft wide x 3in high
  • Units are sold with end Velcro for connectivity
  • Each unit includes a hand pump. An electric pump is recommended for faster inflation and can be purchased separately.
  • Made in Korea. Designed in the USA.

How long should I expect my Air Floor to stay inflated?

The Air Floor should remain inflated overnight. Most times, you will need to ''top off'' the air with a few pumps from the hand pump in the morning. Note: extreme air temperature changes may cause the air inside to constrict or expand which may be a factor in how tight or soft your Air Floor feels.

To what pressure should I inflate my Air Floor?

A pressure gauge is included with the purchase of an Air Floor. Please refer to the Air Floor Owner's Manual for detailed instructions.

How long does it take to inflate?

With the hand pump that is included, you can inflate a 3M Air Floor in about 10-12 minutes; a 6M will take about 15-20 minutes. Once the unit is inflated, it can be kept inflated with only small ''top offs'' with the hand pump each day. If you purchase the additional electric pump, you can inflate the unit in less than one minute

What surface can I use my air product on?

Use on a level surface that is debris free. Warranty is void if used outside.

How should I transport my air product?

Always carry the Air Product. Do not drag the unit as it could catch on something that may cause damage.

How should I store my air product?

Deflate the unit. Roll the unit for storage.

What type of vinyl is used?

Premium knife coated vinyl: Some of our competitors use less durable types of vinyl such as laminated vinyl which has a low peeling and tearing strength. At Tumbl Trak we don't cut corners, we only use the best materials. Our vinyl is 18 oz. knife-coated with a reinforced woven base fabric to offer the maximum tearing strength, wearing strength and peeling strength -- the way professional gymnastics mats should be made.

What type of fabric/threads are used inside the Air Floor?

Premium drop stitch fabric: At Tumbl Trak we use superior, high-quality drop stitch fabric with high-density threads. This creates a firmer and bouncier surface to tumble on. We also chose to use the labor-intensive, hand glued, method on our air products. This creates a super strong, airtight product to practice on. Maybe mention something about it being a more "淔lexible" connection whereas the Welded style hardens and tends to crack.
