This unique bundle makes a great bar training station for teaching body awareness and control. The Air Barrel includes sturdy handles on the ends for easy mobility. The bundle includes a pair of Cradles that keep the Air Barrel in it's place. The Floor Bar Bundle 2 is a versatile multi-purpose training bundle when used together is useful when working handstands, pirouettes and advanced skill hand positioning for bars. Each component of the The Air Barrel provides bounce for rebounds, unlike traditional foam barrels that absorb energy upon impact, and the entire set-up can be easily transported or stored away when not in use. When not used as a bar training station, the Air Barrel is an excellent tool for improving strength and shaping for all types of tumbling skills as well. The carpeted Build A Mat is useful for stretching, conditioning and fitness training for the whole family.

When the Velcro on the bottom of the Floor Bar is pressed onto Carpet Bonded Foam, the athletes can do giant, clear hip, in-bar, and late drops drills without the bar popping up. Also great for handstands and pirouettes! Other products that can make up these stations include the Air Barrel, the Bungee Ramp, and the Bungee Incline.
Place the bar on the carpeted Build-a-Mat included in your bundle. The Velcro that is on the bottom of the feet will securely keep the unit in place.
Yes, the Air Barrel includes a hand pump. If you are interested in inflating the unit more quickly, you might consider adding an electric pump to your order.
With the hand pump that is included, you can inflate your Air Barrel in about 1-2 minutes. If you purchase the additional electric pump, you can inflate the unit in less than 20 seconds.
The Air Barrel should remain inflated overnight. Most times, you will need to ''top off'' the air with a few pumps from the hand pump in the morning. Note: extreme air temperature changes may cause the air inside to constrict or expand which may be a factor in how tight or soft your Air Barrel feels.
Try to locate the source of the leak using a spray bottle of water with a few drops of dish soap in it. A patch kit can be requested from Customer Service or you can find kits anywhere inflatable camping equipment is sold.
