The Tumbl Trak Suspension Training System can be mounted to a bar or a fixed wall mount. Each system comes with heavy-duty, adjustable nylon straps with metal sliding clips. Included are six bungees that have spring clips on each end as well as a pair of multi-function grips that work suspending from hands, feet, or legs.
