What size mat is recommended for the 5-in-1 Bar System?
Recommended matting is 8" thick and 4' wide. The 4'x8'x8" Practice Mat or the Power Launch would be adequate matting.
What ceiling height do you recommend?
The ideal ceiling height is 10ft for more difficult skills or skills done above the bar. However, an 8ft ceiling is sufficient for skills done below the bar.
What is the maximum distance between the bars?
When the Bars are placed on the furthest points of the legs, the bars are 5.5' apart.
