Bar Shaping and Tapping Drill

Purpose: Tapping and bar body shaping is something that athletes can begin to work early on. This is a simple drill that uses two therabands to encourage the athlete to shift from a hollow shape to open shoulder arching, exaggerating each shape. 

Set up: TheraBand CLX Resistance Band
