Learning to Engage and Strengthen Landing Muscles

Purpose: Engaging the proper muscles for a safe landing is a very important skill that athletes should spend time properly learning. Using a Balance Disc to increase awareness of the muscles needed to "stick" the landing will help young athletes become more aware of all the muscle groups working to create a safe and successful landing.
