Back Tuck Shaping Using Resistance

Purpose: Athletes need to maintain correct shaping during the flight of a back tuck for the most efficient rotation. When learning this shape, athletes tend to drop their chest, or bring their knees to their chest too soon, which adversely affects their rotation. Using the CLX therabands for resistance training will emphasize the tucking action and reinforce the desired shape.
