Using a Barrier to Lengthen a Back Handspring

Purpose: Using a barrier is a great way to encourage athletes to fine tune their back handspring and create a stronger take off and lengthen the skill. Prop the Hopscotch Mat up for a simple challenge while the white line is a nice visual for athletes to keep track of how straight their skill is!
