Release Timing for a Shaposh

Purpose

Drills for release moves such as the Shaposhnikova are best started in a safe friendly setting. Placing the Quick Flex Bar at the end of a Tumbl Trak with a soft landing mat will allow the athlete to feel comfortable when starting this drill. Not only will the athlete not have the fear of hitting their feet on the bar they will also be able to start to understand the timing needed for this release move.
