Connecting Front Tumbling

Purpose: Using the Air Barrel as an obstacle in front tumbling will help encourage correct shaping. Using the larger Air Barrel for a visual allows the athlete to spot and maintain the momentum forward. The softer shape is gentle on the body and gives them confidence throughout the drill.

Set up: Air Barrel, Xtreme Trak, Landing Mat
