Shoulder Lean for Cast to Handstands using Floor Bar

Purpose: A proper cast to handstand will include the shoulders leaning over the bar, straight arms and legs, and a flat body. Using a Floor Bar with the feet elevated will help the athlete feel safe while focusing on correct shapes as they lean forward over the bar and open up into the handstand.
