Open Body Back Handspring Drill

Purpose

For beginner athletes it is important to stress the open body shape that is needed for a long back handspring. The Orbiter makes an ideal guide to encourage a long backward jump. Add a Practice Mat for a softer landing where the athletes will be able to focus on an open body that will pass through a handstand before falling flat to the stomach.
