Using Visuals to Lengthen a Back Handspring

Purpose: An open body and shoulders, neutral head, and strong block is necessary to create a long and more powerful back handspring. Adding a mat for a visual of where to take off, place hands, and finish will help the athlete create the long lines for a strong back handspring.
