Full Extension Shoulder Blocking with Mini Trak

Purpose: Using a bouncy surface helps athletes to exaggerate and fully extend their shoulders throughout the block. The softer surface is more forgiving and puts less stress on their shoulders, while encouraging the athletes to maintain a tight body. Build up the mats to work blocking onto a higher surface.
