Wrist Shifts for Giants using Forster Bar

Purpose: The Forster Bar is a fantastic tool for training the shift and drop of a giant without being on the bar. This is a great side station that athletes can do while waiting in line for the bars.

Set up: Booster Blocks, Forster Bar, Pit Pillow
