Tsukahara Beginners Progression

Purpose: When introducing an athlete to Tsukahara progressions, emphasis on neutral head position, tall extended shoulders and correct hand placement is important for a strong block off the vault table. A good block provides the height necessary for the athlete to reach the correct body position prior to flipping. The T-trainer gives extra spring for the athletes to find that position during flight while the white markings create the ideal visual for hand placement.
